Description
Hexis are a five-piece from Denmark. They play blackened hardcore with an emphasis on blackened. They play it well. But unfortunately, despite the solid execution, the music struggles to stand out, even from itself. Tracks tend to bleed into one another, separated typically only by feedback. Tremolo picking and blast beats and raspy screams form the basis for the whole album and that foundation is never deviated from. And while the whole wall of sound they craft can be loud and impressive, it kind of wears thin.
Production is crisp and loud. Every instrument sounds excellent and the vocals, while remaining in the same raspy black metal range throughout, are effective. In no way are the songs bad here, its just the good ideas they have may be lost to a lack of dynamics and a lack of duration. With their next full length coming out soon, hopefully Hexis can correct some of these woes and craft a much more memorable album.

The cost of shipping depends on weight of your package / order and the location where you'd like your order shipped. Just add the items you want to order to the shopping cart and go to shopping cart site, then choose shipping address and our system will calculate shipping cost accurately for you (you don't need to create an account for this or submit anything online!)
DELIVE TIMES:
European orders are usually delivered from 3 days to 2-3 weeks depending where you live.
USA/Canada/Japan shipping takes 1-3 weeks, sometimes up to a month.
South America shipping takes from 2 weeks to 2-3 months.
All orders below 2kg. weight are shipped with by Royal Mail (2nd class)
All orders over 2kg. are (usually) shipped by courier service. Tracking number available upon request.
Other options like punk post or collection on gigs are available – get in touch.
Postal operators declares the shipping time frames but these are just estimations not guaranteed shipping times. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your domestic postal operator.
NON-EU SHIPMENTS:
Expected delivery times are like above. We follow all foreign shipping rules and regulations to help expedite your package through customs. Customs may sometimes delay your order and custom fees may be collected on delivery. We are not responsible for the payment of customs duties, fees and taxes to any foreign country. These charges are to be paid in addition to the calculated shipping and handling charges.
